 When it comes to buying a new property in South Delhi, directions should be the 1st factor to ensure Vastu-compliance.

Vastu compliant entrance:


 The first attentiveness should always be for a great entrance. The entrance ensures the answer to guiding in positivity and delight for the entire household. A North Entrance leads to greater success in financial and trade matters. Not all properties can have a North Entrance so there are many other remedies that can be applied to buy the property of your choice.

Vastu Compliant Bedroom Direction:


 The bedroom is where you would rest and unwind so it is essential that it ensures a no-stress region for your soul. Having the master bedroom in the South-West direction can aid to solve many stress-related issues. Ideally, The placement of beds in the master bedroom should be such that the head of the bed is in the South direction and never in the North. Also, a beam should be avoided directly above the head.

Vastu for Kid’s Bedroom :


 West direction of the flat or house is the most suitable direction for outlining kid’s bedroom. Another alternative is North East Direction and South East Direction but South West is a Big No for picking a Kids Bedroom.
You should place the bed around in the south-west direction of the bedroom and assign your child to sleep with bed head towards south or east direction for a harmony.

Vastu for Kitchen :


 The kitchen should ideally be located in a south-east direction. In case there is no provision for building your kitchen in the south-east direction, you can also opt for north-west direction as per Vastu Shastra. Refrigerators can be placed in south-east, north, south and even west directions according to Vastu Shastra. The directions to avoid are south-west and north-east.

It is one of the most important rooms as the entire family spends most of its time together is in the living room. It should always have a positive vibe and most suitable direction ins North for that. A Vastu compliant living room nourishes more powerful bond and encourages more positive attachments and relationships in the home.

Directions for Washrooms:

The North-West, North-East East or the East directions are most adapted for toilets and bathrooms in any new home. There should be adequate Ventilation in the bathroom along with enough natural light entering the washrooms. Another important factor is that the entrance door of the bathroom should not face the dining room or the kitchen entrance.
